Can i cancel my order?

Your order can be cancelled alongside a full refund if it has not already been shipped by us - inform us via email if you would like to do this.

If the order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Does the price of the product include tax and shipping?

Our prices of products include tax in most countries. The price does not include shipping, this will be shown after.

Please note that in some countries you may have to pay tax - this is out of our control.

Can i change my order?

Due to our limited products and exclusive drops, we are only able to change your orders if you request a refund via email, before it has been shipped.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Apple pay, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, American Express, Google pay, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club, Union Pay and Shop pay.

My card is not working to buy from C4LTURED?

Please ensure that all details are correct - credit/debit card number, expiration date, CVV, cardholder name and the billing address.

If the payment is still not going through after checking through this information, please check with your bank directly.

RETURNS + REFUNDS

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns - unless the item was sent incorrectly or it is faulty. You have to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item(s) with your contact information and images of the item(s).

What do i do if my item is damaged in transit?

Please send us an email within 48 hours of the item being delivered. Include images of the damaged item - with your name, order number and contact details so we can solve this for you. If the 48 hours has passed of the item being delivered, we cannot replace your item or give you a refund.

What do i do if my order was returned back to the sender?

Contact us via email - help@c4ltured.com

If for any reason your item was returned back to us, please inform us via email and we will either refund you or send you the item back and try another delivery day.
